RTX 3060 ti in Splitgate | 1080p, and 1440p - Epic Settings

Intro

Hello and welcome back to another article, this morning my friends I am going to be testing the GeForce RTX 3060 ti in Splitgate. This is a free game that is on steam, and it's quite popular right now, and it's the first time that I am going to be testing it here in this blog. I am using the latest Nvidia Drivers at the time of writing this article as I am telling you right here, this is not overclocked.

This is also the Founders Edition model of the 3060 ti, and I am running it using a Ryzen 9 5900x and 32 gigabytes of RAM to back up the 3060 ti, but you should get the same FPS, and you will get the same FPS if you pair it with like a Ryzen 5 5600x which I believe is a much better pairing for a 3060 ti or like a Ryzen 7 as well. But yeah the single-core performance is the same between those CPUs, and this game doesn't need a lot of cores, as you'll see in just a minute.

1080p

Let's get into it, shall we? First of all, let's go through the settings. I am playing at 1080p resolution, and we are also going to test this one at 1440p right because this game is light to run at least on the 3060 ti. Of course, this is a beast of a GPU but played a couple of matches already, and it runs incredibly well. So, let's start at 1080p resolution. using the epic settings here as I am telling you everything is maxed out. I think it's 4 v 4 right here, and let's start counting our frames.

They probably won't move from 360 which is just crazy, you know let's do this now see if I can spot enemies, yes they are, there it is another headshot pretty good. This is great guys I like this game, it's more like Quake and Halo I guess, and Portal as well because there are Portals in this game as I am telling you like I can go there pretty quickly. This is nice you know I like it, okay there it is, I like the portals things here in this one Oh God! I am missing a lot today, there we go maybe I should aim downsides more often you know.

Let's do this, and there it is guys in terms of optimization of course this is not very graphically impressive, it looks good don't get me wrong, but it's no Battlefield 5 or Battlefield 1 or Battlefield 2042, I don't even know how that game looks, to be honest, at least the finished product but it runs super well it's been a while since I've seen the game running this well like the average is at 359, and the game is kept at 360. So, it's just it's amazing, it's also pretty good in terms of stuttering, and there are zero stuttering issues here in this one, and I love to see that as well.

1440p

Here we go, 2560 by 1440p everything is still maxed out, and will you look at that my friends? It still gets 360 frames per second. It's just insane guys, I really think those guys are bots by the way, but anyways you can train your aiming, and stuff in here, it's a slightly different map right here, and I feel like some of the maps are just way too big for only 4v4 you know, it's very simplistic, but um futuristic as well, and I like the design of the graphics, and stuff.

I feel like these are bots guys sometimes because they just behave like bots. All right that was a nice little headshot right there, and there's another one, he just left CSGO for this game and I can shoot people through the portal as well that's very interesting you know, so, we are here. I missed up again, and I am a little bit nervous at times guys, still got to get that sensitivity right, and stuff, but we are doing fine still.

The guy with the shotguns I feel like a couple of them at least are playing with shotguns, and it is kind of weird. Why would you play with shotguns in this game? Mode guys, that was a quick transition there, but I still died there so speaking about frames per second guys 356 on average, we dropped 4 frames per second or 3 frames per second compared to 1080p resolution, and uh it's still completely smooth and insane, to be honest, see how they move it looks like a bot.

I Think that has been it for today's article. I hope you enjoyed the article and it was informative for you, and I am thankful to you reading this article, and as always love you all bye-bye.

We're using the latest Nvidia drivers 472.12. This one is the MSI gaming X version of the card, it comes already overclocked out of the box, and I’m not pushing it further as I am telling you here, and as usual, I’m running it on a Ryzen 9 5900X and 32 Gigabytes of RAM to avoid any CPU or RAM bottlenecks, after all, we are testing the GPU here. So, we don't want to bottleneck it if we did bottleneck it we would be testing the CPU.
