GTX 1080 in Battlefield 2042 at Low Settings

GTX 1080 in Battlefield 2042 at Low Settings

Intro

Hello and welcome to my blog, we're back today and again we are going to test the GTX 1080 in Battlefield 2042 but now at low settings. In my previous article, I tested this game at 1080p and 1440p High Settings.

1080p Low Settings

Here we're playing at 1080p resolution now using the low settings, and I am going to play with mouse and keyboard. Now, I start counting the frames, it's going now not going to stop it this time around if it stutters, and I don't care, it's how it runs. Right now it's quite smooth because we already played the last few games, and it already loaded in pretty much everything so, it's good, and it shouldn't stutter too much.

We will probably see a couple of the big ones, but should be fine overall, yes just to go there faster yeah I like vehicles not sure, but yeah you can try anyway at low settings. You can see that GPU utilization is slightly lower than High of course because the FPS is higher, and it relies more on the CPU now. So, if you have a slower CPU I guess in debate but they will probably fix it in the final release of the game, so, let's keep our hopes up would you play on low settings to have the higher refresh rate experience?

No, I like the FPS, it was okay it was not down from 60, so, if I am at 60 I’m always okay.

This is a pretty decent high refresh rate experience, of course, it's low settings and we're kind of CPU bound at times as you can see right now, uh, but it is 120 FPS on average so it's pretty dense smooth, and no steps there's a guy okay you took a while there I was getting I was looking somewhere else, and there are no stutters whatsoever 64 on 1% lows that's a little bit too low but I guess just the frame time spikes which indicate stuttering, so, there are that.

There are no noticeable stutters, okay, fair enough that was noticeable that one yeah I noticed that you noticed but maybe like a normal person. This game is quite high; I don't like that too much about this Beta.

1440p Low Settings

2560 by 1440 low settings, and here we go should be smooth now 100 FPS, now that's very impressive a lot of people say that this game looks like crap on low settings on low-high and ultra in general. Why I don't know? I think it looks great I was honestly expecting better graphics coming from this Battlefield just because the others were always that's a turret go away, they were always mind-blowing whenever they came out except for Battlefield 5 I guess, but I remember seeing Battlefield 1 for the first time, and being like wow, and this doesn't give me the woe effect.

It's pretty good maybe because you're used to it already I don't know, but when I started playing, of course, why is this so bad when you're not scoping they're all here look at this like when? What the hell? I’m going there also maybe you have it's more intensive because everybody is there, no, it's less intensive. After all, that's the rest of the map is more detailed I guess. I have 5 kills, and how is that possible?

Oh nice, I think it said I’m also hiding in the article double hiding I want to go to the forest to see the FPS, very good now in the 80s-90s. It's lower than 100 FPS now, it was at 100 FPS before, but the averages are at 96. So, it was but, still, it's smooth and playable. I mean it stutters a little bit sometimes, and I can't notice it, you noticed it or not, I don't know, but hopefully, may the dice developers actually notice it as well.

Conclusion

As in the previous article I told the performance of GTX 1080 at 1080p, and 1440p High Settings, that the game at 1440p is relatively better than the 1080p. Similarly, at low settings the game is looking relatively than 1080p at 1440p. In both cases the experience of the game is high refresh rate.

I think that has been it for today’s article, thank you very much for reading this article. I'll catch you in the next one till then love you all bye-bye.

Is RDR2 playable on GT 1030? | Red Dead Redemption 2 on GT 1030 Intro Welcome back to another Article, today my friends I’m going to be testing the Geforce GT 1030 GDDR5 in Red Dead Redemption 2 and this is actually going to be a retest because the game has been getting performance optimization patches and stuff like that, so it runs a lot better now than it did back when I tested this GPU the last time around. So, this one is the MSI Aero version of the card and we're running it with a Ryzen 9 5900X  and 32 Gigs of the ram of course you don't need these specs to not wear like a GT   1030 and get the same FPS you'll get the same FPS with the Ryzen 3 1200 and 8 Gigs of RAM in dual channel.

Nvidia T400 | Nvidia T400 tested in 6 Games

Nvidia T400 |  Nvidia T400 tested in 6 Games Intro Hello everyone, and welcome to another article now, this little thing is an Nvidia T400 . It is built on the Turing tu117 GPU architecture, and it supports DirectX 12, and best of all, it was in stock with two gigs of GDDR6 memory. It is sort of like a significantly cut down version of the latest GTX 1650, and while that isn't brilliant at playing games, but it can still offer acceptable performance in a lot of AAA releases, but can this? you might have already guessed that the T400 is a professional graphics card designed for use in workstations, though that doesn't mean you can't slap it in your gaming build, and fire up a few of your favourites, course, unlike traditional consumer cards.

Since Battlefield 1 is one of my favourite games to play right now, I thought I'd do it today. So, this is RX 580 8 gigabyte, this is the XFX GTX version of the card we are of course running the latest AMD drivers with it.
