GTX 1650 in Days Gone at 1080 - All Settings
Intro
Hello and welcome everyone to my Blog, in this article I am going to tell you the performance of GTX 1650 in Days Gone at 1080p all settings. I am going to test the Days Gone with GTX 1650 paired with AMD Ryzen 5900X with 32 GB RAM. 16 Gigabytes of RAM should be enough to run this game smoothly you specifically do not require 32 GB RAM. The specs that I used are overkill for a GTX 1650 but you can get similar performance with i3 9100F with 16 GB of RAM. This game doesn’t require much beefy CPU to run this game smoothly. This game is well optimized and can run smoothly on any hardware.
I am running GTX 1650 with the latest drivers 466.63 present at the time of testing the GTX 1650 in Days Gone at 1080p all settings. The card that I am using is the Geforce GTX mini architect OC model of the card. This card has the GDDR5 memory module.
We are going to test GTX 1650 in Days Gone at 1080p low, medium, high, and ultra settings and going to test how this GPU performs at this resolution with different graphics qualities.
At 1080p Low Settings
Starting with the 1080p low settings, let’s start counting our FPS and testing our experience in the game. In the beginning, it seems like to be the 60+ FPS experience but I am not sure at this point because it’s just the beginning of the game and it is dropping very close to 60 sometimes. It is because the camp area of the game is way most intensive area of Days Gone.
Outside the camps, the number of FPS improves and the performance is pretty decent because the 1% lows are averaging about 50 which are providing a decent look to the Days Gone with GTX 1650. The fire effects in this game don’t affect the FPS in this game so near the fire FPS doesn’t drop. The FPS averaging now is 79 FPS on average with 55 Frames at 1% lows which is providing a very good experience of the game. GTX 1650 is handling Days Gone at 1080p at low settings.

One can play the game at these settings easily but things may look much prettier at medium settings and I would like to play this game at 1080p medium settings.
At 1080p Medium Settings
On testing the game at 1080p settings preset things feel more realistic than at low settings. The first thing that I noticed is that the shadows look realistic than the shadows at low settings. The reflections, textures, and other stuff look way better than at low settings. You are not going to get 60 FPs all the time but the average FPS may be 60 most of the time.
I would personally like to play the game in these settings. This FPS was inside the camp that is the most demanding area of the game on moving out of the camp things get better. The average of FPS improves and the number of FPS also increases to 64 - 66. In not many intensive areas of the game, the number of FPS may increase to 70.

The experience of the game is very playable and smooth and I would like to suggest you play Days Gone at these settings preset if you own a GTX 1650.
At 1080p High Settings
At 1080p high settings, the game looks a lot beautiful. Every time I launch this game at high settings the game looks beautiful. If you are having a 1080p monitor I would suggest playing the game at 1080p high settings. There is not much difference between medium and high settings but that is ambient occlusion that makes a huge difference in both of the settings.
There is not much FPS difference between medium and high settings. Everything at high settings is way more detailed than at low and medium settings. This experience is 100 times better than the experience at low settings at high settings I observed a bit of frame skipping issue. This is the only issue with the optimization of this game.

Yet you can enjoy the game with that issue very well. On entering back to the camp the FPS drops to 50s and sometimes to 40s which is pretty decent. I am very much impressed by this performance of GTX 1650 in Days Gone.
Conclusion
GTX 1650 is a decent graphics card and can give you a decent performance in today's games at a decent refresh rate. After reading my article I would like to suggest you play this game at 1080p high settings if you own a 1080p monitor as things look much pretty and decent. In high settings, the game experience is exactly similar to what is meant to be played. In 2021 with GTX 1650 you can get a decent performance from it in Days Gone.
